HID Mobile Access Legacy Platform End of Life
HID Mobile Access legacy platform, sometimes referred to as the HID Mobile Access Secure Identity Services (SIS) Portal, will be discontinued, effective September 30, 2020. The Mobile Access service is already available via the HID Origo cloud platform, delivering a significantly improved performance and reliability, along with new functionality and enhanced user experience.
What do I do now?
If you already have an HID Mobile Access account, you do not need to re-register. Please use your existing credentials to log in to the HID Origo management portal available here:
If your organization has a validated integration to the HID Mobile Access Portal 1.0 API (leveraging SIS portal and using perpetual mobile IDs), it is mandatory to update the API calls for the integration to support the HID Origo Platform and API 2.x. Version 4.8.9 of the HID Mobile Access Portal was released on June 5. This release includes bug fixes and enhancements.
