The HID Mobile Access Portal provides a functionality to receive notifications of devices suspected to be "jailbroken".
HID Global has recently received reports of such notifications being incorrectly triggered for some Apple iOS users after they have upgraded their devices to iOS 11. We have identified the cause of the issue being tied to the detection method used in the iOS version of the HID Mobile Access application.
