The HID Mobile Access Portal was operating at reduced performance since April 11. During this time users may have experienced delays in the delivery of Invitation Codes, in some cases up to a few hours.
The root cause has been identified and the service has been restored to normal operations. No action is required by HID Global customers or partners. Any Invitation Codes that were in this state will be automatically processed and distributed.
The HID Secure Identity Services Portal undergoes weekly maintenance every Sunday between 10 a.m and 2 p.m. EDT. (-5 GMT) The system may not be available during that time.
